But here is what I've noticed through the many years of drinking kefir: whatever your ailment, kefir seems to address the problem on an individual basis. Tune in to learn more.

I drink a cup once in the morning and once before I go to bed. I'm a different person. It's amazing. With the whey I strain it and add it to my kids fruit juices they drink. Its great method to incorporate bacteria to my children. Also make kefir butter. Put in heavy cream for 24hrs strain the kefir out. Place the heavy cream that you strained out in a air tight jar and shake till you have butter. ❤

Im soooo much better drinking Kefir but definitely not completely free of Candida. I also make water kefir for my daily smoothies. I use many different modalities for my health and Im about 96% good but if I could not get kefir I would be in a world of hurt. I make my sauerkraut by filling up a glass jar to the top. It WILL absolutely and positively expand and overflow or be pressure released during the first about 3 days of fermentation. It indeed doesn't turn bad at all because of pressure buildup. Salt makes sure to keep the bad bacteria down. And you just don't open the lid apart from a split second for necessary pressure release in the first three days. That way, there is not an amount of oxygen to speak of inside. And if there is, it will be replaced by fermentation gasses.

I've had severe digestion issues all of my 70 years. In fact my parents showed me a picture of when I was a year old & had to have surgery on my belly button that had herniated due to severe colic & bloating. Then they would tape a silver dollar to heal wounds. It was a strange looking picture. Anyway, the doctor suggested raw milk & apparently it worked. Then when I became healthy they started giving me pasteurized cow milk When I was in my 40's I started having severe allergic reactions to pasteurized milk. Fast forward to the last few year I've slowly started including goat cheese, goat butter & goat kefir. So far no issues & my arthritis & gut issues have greatly improved. Thanks for your video.
